• To enhance new economic and consumption models
• To consolidate regional strategies (TRI/TEE), to support regional climate and energy strategies

Maximum rate: multiple aid regimes may be exploited with the maximum rate of between 25% and 80% depending on the project leader and partners.
Note: joint fund with ADEME, application examined by one or both operators, depending on the project.
