Target audience:

• SMEs and mid-market companies of less than 2,000 employees established in the Hauts-de-France region wishing to improve their industrial performance

• All activity sectors are valid

Actions:

The objective of this mechanism is to support the industrial modernisation of companies in order to improve productivity and optimise customer response times.

There are 3 main phases:

1. STRATEGIC ANALYSIS

Identification of the current and future fundamentals the company must integrate.

2. ACTION PLAN AND INVESTMENT

Definition of the future action and investment plans.

3. ASSESSMENT AND MONITORING

Assessment and monitoring by a professional member of the network

The analysis is financed by the Hauts-de-France region at the rate of 80% of the service, i.e. 2,000 euros maximum invoiced to the company for 10 days of external analysis.
