CALL FOR PROJECTS 16.1 “EMERGENCE AND FUNCTIONING AID FOR EIP-AGRI OPERATIONAL GROUPS” (PICARDIE RURAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN)

TARGETS:
- Producers and producer groups (notably EEIGs or FEEIGs)
- Interprofessions
- Professional federations or associations
- Forestry owners
- CRPF (regional forestry property centres)
- Chambers of agriculture
- R&D operators
- Territorial associations and authorities
OBJECTIVES:
To promote cooperation schemes between operators in the sectors of agriculture, forestry and food with operators in research, teaching or rural development in order to develop innovative initiatives to benefit the territories of Picardie.
ACTIONS:
Support for the emergence and functioning of inter-operator project groups known as operational groups (OGs) in the context of sub-measure 16.1 of the Picardie rural development plan. It is a matter of supporting innovative collective projects shared by local operators in different sectors (farmers/foresters, researchers, technical consultants, associations, companies, etc.) in the fields of agriculture, forestry and agri-food. These operators cooperate for a limited duration in order to identify innovative operational solutions to a need or issue expressed by operators on the ground.
MAXIMUM AID/BUDGET:
No ceiling in terms of grant awarded or project budget presented. The decision will be taken in line with the remaining amount of finance available.
For illustrative purposes, the average budget of projects presented is between €300k and €400k.
